1. General Conditions
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:
- Products must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Refundable Products
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Products sold at clearance prices
- Products damaged due to misuse
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Include photos of the defect or damage
- We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund
4. Return Process
- Contact us at contact@geekndragon.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization (within 48 business hours)
- Ship the products to the address provided in secure packaging
- Refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return
5. Shipping Costs
- Our error or defect: return shipping is covered by us
- Change of mind: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in case of our error)
6. Refund
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming acceptance or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
7. Exchanges
For an exchange (different size, color, or model), please contact us. If the new product has a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
- Before shipping: full refund
- After shipping: return process applies
